"Shining In 2014 - God Has A Paradise"
Golden Nuggets from Isaiah
While reading through Isaiah I noticed all the scriptures that I had
highlighted in the same Bible since 1979 (35 years). It spoke to me
that these were spiritual nuggets shared by many pastors and saints
over that time and I felt I should write them down.
Come now, and let
us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson,
they shall be as wool.
1:18 (You can be renewed)
Thou wilt keep
him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on
thee: because he trusteth in thee.
26:3 (You can be at peace)
And an highway
shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of
holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be
for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
35:8 (You don’t have to be a
fool)
But they that wait
upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up
with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and
they shall walk, and not faint.
40:31 (You can fly with the
eagles)
I am the
LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to
another, neither my praise to graven images.
42:8 (You can give HIM the
glory)
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. 43:2 (You’ll never walk alone)
Remember ye not the
former things, neither consider the things of old.
The Lord GOD hath
given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak
a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by
morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

our work together is our prayer ministry headed up by Deidre
Schilling and
the prayer team known as the Twelve Disciples.
Did you know that our prayer register has over 300 requests to date?
Each of the names is called out to the Lord everyday not just
on Wednesday. It is a
humbling thing to call out 300 names to the Lord knowing that you
need as much prayer as any of these names.
Many people will be touched by the Lord through Hands Up
Ministry who otherwise might never attend church. |

Mezcala 2014 Missions Trip To Mexico Due to scheduling conflicts Hands Up Ministry will not be represented by team members returning to Mexico. The local church that partnered with us last year is returning to work on a district center. It is our hope that we will return in 2015 to further the completion of Mezcala Church

But he was
wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and
with his stripes we are healed.

saith the LORD. For

So shall my word be
that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void,
but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper

Yea, they are
greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are
shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own
way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what
he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.

But we are all as
an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as
filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like
the wind, have taken us away.

without Jesus)
And it shall come
to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are
yet speaking, I will hear.

Attitude
Attitude is most important than facts.
It is more important than the past, than education, than
money, than circumstances, than failure, than success, than what
other people think, say, or do.
It is more important than appearance,
giftedness or skill. It
will make or break a business, a church, a home, a friendship, and
an organization.
The most remarkable thing is, you have a
choice every day of what your attitude will be.
We cannot change the actions of others.
We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we change is our attitude.
Life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we react to
it. |
Change
If you always think what you’ve always thought,
Then you will always feel what you’ve felt.
If you always feel what you’ve always felt,
Then you will always do what you’ve always done.
If you always do what you’ve always done,
Then you will always get what you’ve always gotten.
If you always get what you’ve gotten,
Then you will always think what you’ve always thought.
